This year, we're teaching you how to capture the classic flavors you know and love, but elevate them through some culinary creativity and a little extra flair—still simple, just more indulgent and fun! From easy techniques to switching it up with spices, you’ll learn all the tips and tricks for making holiday cooking a little less hectic while eating along the way! NOTE: Recipes / tastings will be different than last year, so we welcome returning students!

 

MENU: Lyonnaise Potatoes w/ Fresh Herbs, Sausage and Sage Stuffing, Honey Balsamic Onion & Gruyere Tart,Ultimate Green Bean Casserole, Roasted Veggies with Warm Cranberry Drizzle, Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars w/ Streusel Topping.

 

NOTE:Our annual "Tackling Thanksgiving" cooking class is a little different than our normal monthly ones. This class would be considered a tasting experience. Throughout the class you'll go through a tasting menu of 6 house-made sides while we demonstrate what to do. Then, you'll receive all the recipes to take home. Whether you've been cooking dinner for the big day forever and looking to switch things up or it's your first year and you nervously need a crash course, this class is for you!
