This year, we're teaching you how to get the most out of your ingredients and maximize flavor at the same time. Through simple techniques and a little culinary creativity, you’ll be able to create a mouthwatering meal without spending a lot! AND this year, we’re finally tackling turkey too! NOTE: Recipes / tastings will be different than last year, so we welcome returning students!

MENU: Citrus Glazed Turkey, Homestyle Signature Stuffing, Sautéed Green Beans with Honey Pecan Drizzle & Crispy Fried Onions, Mashed Potatoes with Herb infused Cream and Scratch made Gravy, Cranberry Glazed Cheesecake Tart with Pretzel Crust

 

NOTE: Our annual "Tackling Thanksgiving" cooking class is a little different than our normal monthly ones. This class would be considered a tasting experience. Throughout the class you'll go through a tasting menu of 6 house-made sides while we demonstrate what to do.  Then, you'll receive all the recipes to take home. Think of it as a Thanksgiving Crash Course where we teach you every tip & trick to handle Thanksgiving like a pro!

 

Whether you've been cooking dinner for the big day forever and looking to switch things up or it's your first year and you nervously need a crash course, this class is for you!
