Join us for a night full of fun as we embark on a cozy culinary journey through the comfort foods of Middle-Earth. From second breakfast to elevenses, you'll learn how to make a meal fit for a Hobbit.
We’ll begin the class by diving into the British culture & cuisine the story originally drew inspiration from while you sample and sip from a full Shire-themed spread including mulled cider and tea, roasted potatoes, fresh-baked bread and scones, cheeses, and hand-made marmalade. Then, it will be your turn to create! To prepare for the long journey ahead, you will be making your very own custom oat bars (Think of it as the human take on Lembas bread), choosing from a variety of mix-ins like honey, dried fruit, chocolate, and nuts. Finish by wrapping in leaves and twine to send off with you on your journey home or into Mordor.
INCLUDES: CLASS DEMONSTRATION AND PARTICIPATION, RECIPES, FULL HOBBIT THEMED MEAL (SEE MENU), CUSTOM OAT BAR MADE BY YOU.
WHEN: AUGUST 17TH | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
**Vegetarian Friendly**
NOTE: If you aren’t familiar with this fandom, that’s okay! You’re still welcome to come to the class as it’s like any of our other cooking classes and a new class entirely! This class is both a tasting and interactive class - just know it will be themed and decorated!
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
