Join us for a night full of fun as we dive into the world of cheese making! We’ll begin the class by teaching you everything you need to know from techniques to tasting notes while you sample various cheeses along the way.


Then, it will be your turn to make mozzarella from scratch! From heating the curds to stretching and forming, you’ll make your very own fresh mozzarella ball(s). End the night by tasting and enjoying your creation with olive oil or choose to take home to use!
